The Abs Diet is one of the most famous, and successful diets for men on the market today. The Abs Diet has sold millions of copies worldwide and has featured in hundreds of publications - testament to its great success and wide, satisfied consumer base. The Abs Diet was developed by David Zinczenko, the editor-in-chief of Mens Health Magazine and has achieved international acclaim because of its simplicity, flexibility and most importantly, excellent, noticeable results. The Abs Diet Online is the website companion to the popular diet book, allowing users to combine the diet as written with a range of diet and fitness features intended to support the user and make it easier to follow the diet successfully.

The theory behind the Abs Diet is incredibly simple, but extremely successful. The greater muscle mass a person has, the more calories they burn per day through regular exercise and movement. The science is that, for every extra 1lb of muscle mass a person gains, they burn an additional 50 calories a day without dieting or altering their exercise regime.
