Optimum Health Plan is a unique health program that is
centered around alternative medicine. Dr. Andrew Weil,
the famous American medical doctor, author and
ethnobotanist, developed the plan to encourage those who
have struggled to lose weight with convention plans to

twice, and has since gone on to become a pioneer in

practice.
Dr. Weil's Plan advocates a total revitalization of lifestyle in order to improve general health and perhaps instigate gradual weight loss.
