The pretzel snacks are some of the worst tasting food I have ever eaten - actually I can't eat them! The almond chip biscotti is very good, and the lemon biscotti is not bad. The chocolate wafer bars are really good. I have not had the chance to try the vanilla ones, or the pancake mix, or the cheesecake or double chocolate cake, so the only negative I have is the pretzel snacks - yuk!

In summary, I would not recommend Diet Direct to a friend.
