I was doing the free trial to the website. Things were going good like it, but found I didn't use it. So I decided to cancel my account. No where on the website can you cancel. So I called customer service. Been on hold for 45 minutes. I don't suggest this website to anybody because of the customer service.

In summary, I would not recommend Jillian Michaels to a friend.
