I tried the diet for one month but it was not my thing. 2-weeks into the month, i called and canceled my future orders and thought i was done with it. then i got a call asking to confirm my next shipment. i called right back (4/5/19) and was on hold for over 20 minutes and still no one answered. i then used my other phone to call the same number but selected sales and someone answered within seconds. when i told them i had canceled my future orders and wanted to make sure this was confirmed, the woman told me to hold on and she would transfer me. when i explained i had been on hold for a long time and had previously canceled my future orders two weeks earlier, she told me she had no record of that and that i had to be transferred to someone who could cancel my order. she then asked if i wanted to update my payment information, which made no sense since i had canceled my order. i told her i was not able to wait on hold any longer since i was on a lunch... In summary, I would not recommend South Beach Diet to a friend.

This food, in my opinion, has little taste to bad tasting meals. The shakes are no better. A MUCH better drink is Slim Fast with 20 Grams of protein and a good taste. I also missed the two months requirement so must pay an extra $125 to quit. I was trying to eat it. My husband went and purchased Lean Cuisine dinners because he felt sorry for me. I have all these unused dinners. I am so disappointed. They are advertised as great tasting, but they are not.

The concept may be good: the meals aren't.

This review is for the cost and the taste of meals only.

In summary, I would not recommend South Beach Diet to a friend.
