Ive his one worksbeen on the medi fast program for nine months and have lost 90 pounds.ive also reversed my diabetes .so I no longer take insulin shots.also I only take two pills per day.ive tried plenty of these programs.this one really works !

In summary, I would recommend Medifast to a friend.
