After trying a number of diets - and my husband's weight increasing and thus his snoring - we have both signed up to Diet Chef. We've lost half a stone so far (five weeks) and are quite pleased.

Don't be too put off by the outlay. We've saved money with less take aways and buying shopping that we don't get round to cooking and thus we've stopped throwing money away. If you use this voucher MYECE@GK you'll get £10 off at the checkout.

We've also saved time - it's very quick. Most meals 3 minutes so perfect after a long day at work.

We've envitably liked some meals more than others but it's easy to make changes in the website to your next order.

Neither of us have felt particular hungry except when meals are due although we weren't sure when we saw the size of the meals. It's certainly teaching us something about portion control.

Would recommend Diet Chef.

I ordered my first weekly hamper last thursday as i wanted to try the food first befor spending loads and not liking it. i recieved it yesterday and started today with my first choc chip porridge...and was impressed it tasted delitious and was really full by the end of it. lunchtime came and i tried the thai chicken soup and wasnt as impressed only had a few spoonfulls and threw the rest down the sink so now im starving and dinner isnt for another 3 hours lol. ive phoned them up and im sending back the soup to change it. just hoping dinner tastes nice or im not going to manage to keep this up !

Hey guys, I'm on diet chef two weeks tomorrow, n I've lost 8 pound. I'm so shocked.. I didn even feel hungry. The food is lovely apart from mushroom stroganoff, it's not my cup of tea! But all in all I think it's a good programme so far so good. Anybody new trying. Put in this coupon code MYDHGCHH
