I have already lost 30 pounds. This is the best online site on the web, even if you do not live in the UK. The online food database has over 25 thousand items, and the food idary is awesome! You can see your whole day broken down by meal, fat, protein, carbs, sugar, sodium, etc. They have charts and nutrition plans, and you can see over time what you have eaten broken down in a variety of ways. And if you have been on the site a long time, like me, I can go back 10 years and see how many calories I ate! It works, is not fiddly like weight watchers, not ridiculous like diet.com, and is by far the best on the web. Read the success stories for motivation...if i can do this, anyone can...
Why does no1reviews rate this so low, and the others so high, when clearly the reviews from actual customers are so different than their reviews???
