This food, in my opinion, has little taste to bad tasting meals. The shakes are no better. A MUCH better drink is Slim Fast with 20 Grams of protein and a good taste. I also missed the two months requirement so must pay an extra $125 to quit. I was trying to eat it. My husband went and purchased Lean Cuisine dinners because he felt sorry for me. I have all these unused dinners. I am so disappointed. They are advertised as great tasting, but they are not.
The concept may be good: the meals aren't.
This review is for the cost and the taste of meals only.
In summary, I would not recommend South Beach Diet to a friend.
