I tried the diet for one month but it was not my thing. 2-weeks into the month, i called and canceled my future orders and thought i was done with it. then i got a call asking to confirm my next shipment. i called right back (4/5/19) and was on hold for over 20 minutes and still no one answered. i then used my other phone to call the same number but selected sales and someone answered within seconds. when i told them i had canceled my future orders and wanted to make sure this was confirmed, the woman told me to hold on and she would transfer me. when i explained i had been on hold for a long time and had previously canceled my future orders two weeks earlier, she told me she had no record of that and that i had to be transferred to someone who could cancel my order. she then asked if i wanted to update my payment information, which made no sense since i had canceled my order. i told her i was not able to wait on hold any longer since i was on a lunch break from work but since they didn't have updated payment information it wouldn't matter. she told me i was still on auto-pay so i would have to cancel and again rudely told me i had to wait or my future orders would not be canceled. i could not get over how incredibly rude she was. i would never work with southbeach again or recommend them to anyone. this definitely is a program you cannot easily cancel if you no longer are interested.
In summary, I would not recommend South Beach Diet to a friend.
