I was not given choices for membership when I joined. I was just told it cost $199 to join. Subsequently, when I brought up the subject that I might drop out because I was not losing but gaining, I was told that no part of this fee can be returned. I was told that I had been given a choice when I joined but I was not . This is unfair because there is no guarantee. Other plans have a guarantee that you will get at least part of your money back if dissatisfied. I then decided that Jenny Craig was not getting any more of my money and I dropped out. I also consider it way too expensive for the value.
In summary, I would not recommend Jenny Craig to a friend.
