I am a creature of habit and I loved the old program. You got to pick the dinners and breakfasts you enjoyed and it worked. The food is good and with added veges, I felt it was a well rounded meal. Now you are given 4, one week menus. They are delivered 2 weeks at a time. I don't have room for 2 weeks of food in my freezer. When the 4 weeks are over, you start over again with the same 4 week menu. You are allowed 6 substitutions, which you choose from 3 options, for the 2 weeks of every 4. There are no other options. It's great if you like all the different dishes. But I don't. I can eat the same food all week, with little variation. It's silly, but I will continue to try the program, because the new rapid results works.

In summary, I would recommend Jenny Craig to a friend.

I was not given choices for membership when I joined. I was just told it cost $199 to join. Subsequently, when I brought up the subject that I might drop out because I was not losing but gaining, I was told that no part of this fee can be returned. I was told that I had been given a choice when I joined but I was not . This is unfair because there is no guarantee. Other plans have a guarantee that you will get at least part of your money back if dissatisfied. I then decided that Jenny Craig was not getting any more of my money and I dropped out. I also consider it way too expensive for the value.

In summary, I would not recommend Jenny Craig to a friend.
