No fad diets, real sustainable results

I love CalorieKing because it tells me the truth; to get permanent results I need to make lifestyle changes. I wasn't aware of what I ate and how much I ate until I joined CalorieKing. The community support alone is worth the $49 per year! And now they have some really good iPhone apps as well. In summary, I would recommend Calorie King to a friend.

This is an easy to use diet and exercise counter - biggest shortcoming is that it is not offered in Android for mobile use. In summary, I would not recommend Calorie King to a friend.
